Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chopped bell peppers
  • ½ cup Chopped hot peppers
  • 6 cups Sugar
  • 1 ½ cups Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 packet Liquid pectin

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large saucepan, combine bell peppers, hot peppers, sugar, and apple cider vinegar.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
  3. 3. Boil for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in liquid pectin.
  4. 4. Return to heat and bring back to a boil, boiling hard for 1 minute.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and skim off any foam.
  6. 6. Ladle into sterilized jars, leaving ¼ inch headspace. Seal and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
