- 8 cups Milk Whole milk works best
- 2 tablespoon Plain Yogurt With live cultures
Pour milk into the Instant Pot. Close the lid and set to 'Yogurt' mode. Heat until the milk reaches 180°F (82°C).
Allow the milk to cool to 110°F (43°C). Stir in the plain yogurt.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to 'Yogurt' mode for 8 hours.
After 8 hours, transfer the yogurt to a cheesecloth-lined strainer. Let it drain for 2-4 hours, until thickened.
Transfer the Greek yogurt to a container and refrigerate.
