Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Jasmine rice
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce optional

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Add the rinsed rice, water, corn kernels, and salt to the Instant Pot.
  3. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to 'Porridge' mode for 30 minutes.
  4. Once the cooking time is up, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  5. Open the lid, stir the congee, and adjust seasoning with soy sauce if desired.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions or cilantro if you like.
