Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup green beans, chopped
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  2. 2. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
  3. 3. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Quick release the pressure and open the lid.
  5. 5. Stir the soup and serve hot.
