- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, water, and salt until smooth.
Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.
After resting, skim off any foam from the surface of the batter.
Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a baking sheet and spread it evenly.
Pour the batter into the baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
Drizzle the remaining olive oil on top of the batter.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are crispy and the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before cutting into pieces.
