Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Toppings

  • ½ cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup Sliced Pepperoni

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a pizza crust shape.
  4. Bake the crust for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce over it. Top with 1 cup shredded mozzarella and pepperoni slices.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
