Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Warm water

Filling

  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 2 pcs Eggs for topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar. Add olive oil and warm water, mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough into an oval shape. Place the cheese mixture in the center and fold the edges over, leaving the center exposed.
  5. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven, crack an egg into the center, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
  7. Brush with melted butter and serve hot.
