Marinade
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 lb chicken thighs
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and gochujang. Whisk until well combined.
Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
