  • 12 pieces Quail Eggs
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Annatto Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 cups Cooking Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Boil the quail eggs for 3-5 minutes. Let them cool and peel off the shells.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, annatto powder, salt, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
  3. Heat the cooking oil in a pot over medium heat.
  4. Dip each quail egg into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
  5. Carefully drop the coated eggs into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove the eggs using a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
