- 1 cup Red lentils soaked for 2 hours
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1. Drain the soaked lentils and add them to a blender with water, salt, and cumin seeds. Blend until smooth.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it out evenly.
3. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
