Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breast diced
- 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until fragrant.
4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
5. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
7. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
