Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast shredded
  • 1 cup Low-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Low-fat Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables thawed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cheddar cheese, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the top is golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
