Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. 
- Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes. 
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. 
- Thread shrimp onto skewers. 
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through.
