Main Ingredients
- 500 g Mushrooms cleaned and trimmed
- 60 ml Olive Oil
- 60 ml Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
3. Add the cooked mushrooms to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
