Marinade Ingredients
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring all pieces are well-coated.
Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for best results.
Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat. Grill or bake chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
Remove chicken from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
