Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Tortillas large
  • 1 cup Refried Beans
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Mexican blend
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Ground Beef cooked and seasoned
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Lettuce
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place tortillas on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread a layer of refried beans on each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beans.
  5. Add cooked ground beef on top of the cheese.
  6. Spoon salsa over the beef.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with chopped tomatoes, lettuce, and a dollop of sour cream.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
