  • ½ cup Shredded cheese
  • ½ cup Chopped vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, spinach)
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the quiches are set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Let the mini quiches cool for a few minutes before removing them from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
