Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Miso paste
  • 200 grams Noodles Udon or soba
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Spinach fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the miso paste and stir until dissolved.
  3. 3. Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  4. 4. Add the mushrooms, spinach, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
