Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix chicken with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. Add remaining oil to the wok. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Add mushrooms, snow peas, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Return chicken to the wok. Add oyster sauce and chicken broth. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot over rice.
