Main Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1.5 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and a pinch of sugar. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy. 
- In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add the yeast mixture and vegetable oil. Knead until smooth and elastic. 
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size. 
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 pieces. Shape each piece into a roll and coat with bread crumbs. 
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes. 
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
