Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and parsley.
  5. Serve immediately.
