Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 lemon Lemon sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut parchment paper into four large squares. Place a salmon fillet in the center of each square.
  3. Drizzle each fillet with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Top each fillet with lemon slices, minced garlic, and fresh dill.
  5. Fold the parchment paper over the salmon and seal the edges by folding them over several times.
  6. Place the parchment packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before opening the packets. Serve hot.
