  • 300 g Pasta
  • 200 g Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves fresh, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, basil leaves, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
