Dough
- 4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk warm
- 2 ¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Eggs large
Filling
- ½ cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Brown sugar packed
- 2 tablespoon Cinnamon
Topping
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 1 cup Brown sugar packed
- ½ cup Maple syrup
- 1 cup Pecans chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
3. Gradually add flour and knead until a smooth dough forms. Let it rise for 1 hour.
4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon.
5. Roll up the dough and cut into 12 pieces. Place in a greased baking pan.
6. For the topping, mix melted butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, and pecans. Pour over the buns.
7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
