Ingredients 

Dough

  • 4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk warm
  • 2 ¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs large

Filling

  • ½ cup Butter softened
  • 1 cup Brown sugar packed
  • 2 tablespoon Cinnamon

Topping

  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup Maple syrup
  • 1 cup Pecans chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
  3. 3. Gradually add flour and knead until a smooth dough forms. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. 4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. 5. Roll up the dough and cut into 12 pieces. Place in a greased baking pan.
  6. 6. For the topping, mix melted butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, and pecans. Pour over the buns.
  7. 7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
