- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Onion, diced
- 1 cup Green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 8 pieces Egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup Oil for frying
1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the sliced ribeye steak until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the diced onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms. Cook until softened.
3. Return the cooked steak to the skillet and mix with the vegetables. Remove from heat.
4. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Add a slice of provolone cheese and a spoonful of the steak mixture. Roll up the wrapper, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
