Instructions

  2. Add olive oil and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each into a ball.
  5. Roll out each ball into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown spots appear.
