- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Poppy seeds
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 Eggs
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, poppy seeds, and baking powder.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
