- 1 can Pumpkin Puree
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon Ginger
- 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Pie Crust unbaked
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, beaten eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack before serving.
