Quiche Florentine
A classic French dish with spinach and cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 unit Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
- 1 cup Spinach fresh or frozen, chopped
- 1 cup Cheese grated (Gruyère or Swiss)
- 4 units Eggs large
- 1 cup Milk whole or 2%
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg ground
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pie crust in a pie dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Spread the spinach and cheese evenly over the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the spinach and cheese.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
