- 4 cups Rye bread, cubed
- 1 lb Corned beef, chopped
- 2 cups Sauerkraut, drained
- 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine cubed rye bread, chopped corned beef, drained sauerkraut, shredded Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
