Ingredients 

Filling

  • 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Topping

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of flour. Spread evenly in a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, and 1 cup of flour. Stir in melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, or until topping is golden brown and rhubarb is tender.
