Roasted Garlic Bread Recipe

- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 head garlic roasted
- ½ cup butter softened
- 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the top off the head of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in aluminum foil, and roast for 30 minutes.
Let the garlic cool, then squeeze the cloves out into a bowl.
Mix the roasted garlic, softened butter, parsley, and salt together.
Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves.
Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
Slice and serve warm.
