  • 2 lbs Lamb Breast
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoon Rosemary, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Rub the lamb breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
  3. Place the lamb in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 2 hours, or until tender.
  5. Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Roast for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the lamb is browned and crispy.
  7. Let the lamb rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
