- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 2 cups Salsa
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
Pour the salsa over the chicken breasts.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
