  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cups Salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
  4. Pour the salsa over the chicken breasts.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
