Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Light corn syrup
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 6 cups Crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup Butterscotch chips
- In a saucepan, combine corn syrup and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar is dissolved and mixture begins to boil. 
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until smooth. 
- Add crispy rice cereal to the mixture and stir until well coated. 
- Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan. 
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. 
- Spread the melted chocolate and butterscotch mixture over the pressed cereal mixture. 
- Let cool until the topping is set. Cut into bars and serve.
