Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Light corn syrup
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 6 cups Crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup Butterscotch chips
In a saucepan, combine corn syrup and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar is dissolved and mixture begins to boil.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until smooth.
Add crispy rice cereal to the mixture and stir until well coated.
Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Spread the melted chocolate and butterscotch mixture over the pressed cereal mixture.
Let cool until the topping is set. Cut into bars and serve.
