  • 200 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 4 slices White Bread
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Finely chop the shrimp and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Add mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the bowl. Mix well.
  3. 3. Spread the shrimp mixture evenly onto the slices of bread.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the bread slices, shrimp side down, until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Flip and fry the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. 7. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
