  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. 2. Place the ribs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over them.
  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the ribs are tender.
  4. 4. Optional: For a caramelized finish, place the ribs under the broiler for 5 minutes after cooking.
