- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
1. Mix together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
2. Place the ribs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over them.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the ribs are tender.
4. Optional: For a caramelized finish, place the ribs under the broiler for 5 minutes after cooking.
