- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Thyme fresh
1. Preheat your sous vide precision cooker to 145°F (63°C).
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic.
3. Place the chicken breasts in a vacuum-seal bag with olive oil and thyme, then seal the bag.
4. Cook in the preheated water bath for 1.5 hours.
5. Remove the chicken from the bag and pat dry with paper towels.
6. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken breasts for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
