- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
In a medium saucepan, whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder, and flour.
Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
Serve warm over biscuits or pancakes.
