  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 4 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 400 g Tomato puree
  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the tomato puree to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta with the sauce.
  5. 5. Continue to cook the spaghetti in the skillet, allowing it to crisp up slightly, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot, garnished with additional red pepper flakes if desired.
