Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice cooked and cooled
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ lb sushi-grade tuna diced
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 4 sheets nori
  • 1 cucumber julienned
  • 1 avocado sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into the cooked sushi rice.
  2. 2. In a bowl, combine diced tuna, mayonnaise, and sriracha.
  3. 3. Place a nori sheet on the sushi mat, spread an even layer of sushi rice over it.
  4. 4. Add a line of the spicy tuna mixture, cucumber, and avocado slices.
  5. 5. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, then slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
