Instructions
1. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into the cooked sushi rice.
2. In a bowl, combine diced tuna, mayonnaise, and sriracha.
3. Place a nori sheet on the sushi mat, spread an even layer of sushi rice over it.
4. Add a line of the spicy tuna mixture, cucumber, and avocado slices.
5. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, then slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
