Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 2 pcs Carrots sliced
  • 1 pc Onion diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add a splash of oil.
  2. 2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the sliced carrots and cook for a few minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook until it starts to soften.
  5. 5. Pour in the vegetable broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
  7. 7. Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Adjust to taste.
  8. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
