- 6 large Eggs
- 1 cup Fresh spinach chopped
- ½ cup Onion diced
- ½ cup Bell pepper diced
- ¼ cup Milk
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper, and cook until softened.
Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
