Spinach Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Lasagna Noodles cooked
  • 2 cups Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 lb Fresh Spinach chopped
  • 1 jar Marinara Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add chopped spinach to the saucepan and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
  7. Layer lasagna noodles over the sauce. Spread a layer of the cheese mixture over the noodles, followed by a layer of the spinach mixture. Repeat layers, ending with a layer of noodles and marinara sauce on top.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  9. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before serving.
