  • 1 package Puff Pastry thawed
  • 2 cups Spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center of each square. Fold the corners over to seal.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
