Steak and Egg Hash Recipe
A hearty and delicious breakfast or brunch option combining steak, eggs, and potatoes.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Steak cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 Eggs
- 2 cups Potatoes diced
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add diced potatoes and cook until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
3. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
4. Add steak pieces and cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
5. Push the steak and potatoes to the side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space. Cook until the eggs are done to your preference.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
