Main Ingredients
- 500 g Strawberries hulled
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- ¼ cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
4. Serve cold, optionally garnished with mint leaves or a dollop of yogurt.
