- 2 cups Strawberries hulled and sliced
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup Water
Combine strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Strain the mixture to remove solids.
Pour syrup into a jar and let it cool before storing in the fridge.
