  • 8 sausages
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the sausages in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Remove the baking dish from the oven and pour the batter over the sausages.
  5. Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes, or until the batter is puffed and golden.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
