- 1 lb Ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried sage
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried sage. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
